Downloading Cust

Been playing HL TFC for 2 weeks now, and I've noticed a number of times I am constantly downloading Cust.

Q1) What is Cust?
Q2) Can I get it somewhere else?

I think's it's the custom decals that some people use for spraypaint images.

Then again I also think that Dr Pepper is nice and that N=ae^(kt) it the standard growth equation, where a is the intial value, k is the growth constant and t is time, so what do I know?

well heres a USEFUL bit of info - add "cl_allowdownload 0" without the quotes to your autoexec.cfg file to stop all that stuff clogging up your drive
