downgradeing a house ?

i wish to downgrade my house, but when i downgrade it to a 10P house will i get my former house deed back or will that vanish ??

I have downgraded my villa to a cottage (3 -> 1) and I got back nothing, but I suspected that, so ok. One good thing that I had 2.4p in the lockbox, and even the cottage's lockbox is a 80g max I still had the 2.4p in there, so if it still there and not a bug my house will be there for a looooooooooong time. But... I had 3 vaults in the villa, the cottage can only hold 1. I can't reach the items in vault 2 and 3, it doesn't matter which vault I place on the hookpoint I can only browse in vault 1. Tried the Marketplace but nothing.

next patch you should be able to get your items out at the bankers...

or send a RightNow and they might be able to help you retrieve them now.

Thanks the info, but atm I'm not playing, maybe after clustering of non-ToA
