I have just got back from my fave fish restaurant and im arsed. But I have to say, I have just tried Dover sole for the first time ever and fuck me, if you ever see it on a menu get it! I ordered john dory and the lass said they have run out, but she told me that the dover sole is the queen of fish so you dhould try it. Holy shit! I have to day its nicer than any chicken,m lamd whatever. I mean, i live in a town that is famous for fish and this restautrant id well known. Its tom cruises favr restaurnt in the uk and ive even got a photo somewhere of me huim and katie price at it, But seriosuly dudes try it. I had a food orgamsm.

I shall indeed try dover sole, I love fish, sea bass and red snapper are also ones to look out for, I had trout with almonds once was lovely but bloody boney lol.

Dover sole is rather scrummy, although I still prefer a lightly done Mahi Mahi or Chilean Sea Bass if its cooked right. Still Dover sole is a cracking fish.
