DoT damage in MF

General question, any1 know if RA's that effect spell damage actually effect DoT's in NF?

Wildpower is the critical chance on spells, true, but thing he was asking for Mastery of Magery (sp?) which increase base damage of spells

And yes, it is still in NF, same name
