According to a press release I received this morning, Doom 3 should start hitting worldwide store shelves the week beginning the 2nd of August.
It doesn't mention if this is the PC or Xbox version of the game, but if memory serves the PC version was going to be first, so I'll go out on a limb and say it's probably that one.
