Some of these people can be quite clever, not sure if it was the case in this example, but most of the time I think they tell thier 'marks' that if anything happens to them - eg. they die under suspicious circumstances or disappear - then various lawyers have legally binding contracts to release the materiel in question to the media.

Its pretty sick how someone can be this cold and calculating, but I guess its just the way people are
