-getting clipped on a door or anything else in a map
-people running with knives out
-people throwing grenades just to the left or right of a window and therefor killing their team
-zombies
-pasty dweebs wearing headsets breathing loudly through their mouths
-songs about bacon on the voice chan
-swearing fluently
-people standing about randomly being afk
-people jumping up and down while flicking their flashlights on and off

and some other stuff I may have missed. also, the presence of rappers and / or models in a film automatically makes it bad with the only exception being Milla Jovovich.
