Depression is nothing to joke about tbh. It destroys the lives of millions of people, directly, and indirectly for those nearby. Not funny in the least to try to make someone worried for your well beeing - if someone asked me for help because they were depressed and sounded as if they might do something drastic about it and i couldnt help the person i would lose sleep over it and think about it all the time, that might be what that poor csr had to go through after hearing that. It is very hard to determine if a person is genuinely depressed or not etc.

Maybe it's just my sense of humour but this is about as unfunny as the "getting two chinese takeaways to talk to each other" gag.

I much prefer laughing at people doing stupid things of their own accord rather than practical jokes or wind ups.
