After 5 years active service, I have decided to give up on online Quake. The reasons are many, but the main one is I find I have little or no recpect for the majority of the Quake 'community' these days.

To the good guys out there: You know who you are. Thanks for all the good times.

To the bad guys out there: You too know who you are. You will find that what goes around comes around.

Sorry to see you go FT. I haven't played it for a while either, but I always knew it would be a good game if you were in it. You were truly a multi-faceted player. Attack, defence, midfield...you sucked at them all. You couldn't run past a lava-pit without jumping in it, and your knack of rocket-jumping with only 7 health was legendary.

Nah, really...The online community is very much poorer with your absence.
