Actually part of easy computers.
They have royally f*cked me over on a brand new laptop.
The battery failed to charge after a few days so I filled in their online form with info I got off Fujitsu for a replacement.
Then it all went quite, mail after mail after phone call.
Finally got a guy to ring me after 3 weeks and he casually told me that because I had had the machine for a month it was now Fujitsu's problem.
I went ballistic, pointing out it's their fault for ignoring my request.
So I rang Fujitsu, they said 'no way, weve given a replacement code it is only valid for 14 days.
So I rang back Laptopsdirect and they basically said 'so f*kin what?'
I got a little 'colourful' on the phone, rang back Fujitsu, they have agreed to repair the machine, even though technically I should get a replacement.
Basically laptops just sat on the return till the month was up and left me in limbo with Fujitsu's returns policy
SO F*K THE BASTARDS
