They'll have it as long as it takes for PwC to fart in the general direction of ICANN. Then they'll lose it, and have to pay costs. Maybe the idiots should try reading some recent case history for domain disputes.

Er, no, ICANN is for .com, etc. They have nothing to do with co.uk domains (that's Nominet IIRC). But yeah, if PwC make a fuss it may get handed over. It's only plc.uk and ltd.uk that are 'guaranteed' to only go to the company registered as the name though.
