RightNow is down atm, can anyone tell me what I do to get my account details send to my email?
Btw don't tell me it's no use having my sub pass atm, i watched my friend do it for his account after about 10 minutes of trying.

E-mail to subscription@goa.com - I think they might want your original game CD-KEY if possible, not sure.

I also imagine that they're completely flooded with similar requests, so...

I've found the sub pasword that is most important out of the two accounts I have, hopefully I'll be able to get to the screen to enter them soon.
