I seen it a few times on old DF raids that Durgi used to run.

Only seen it killed once.

iirc you have to kill all 3 princes within a time limit for the Worm to spawn first - its been a while since i was down the depths of DF so not 100% sure

been on couple raids where was killed in early days on pry never saw it drop so if is one on mid side of the server gl finding it :E

yes it does exsist as i have seen the item in question, however the only person i know who had one dosnt play anymore.
