Does Rapid Fire interrupt QC?

i just met a hunter and he started peppering me with little arrows the tricksy fellow thing is i tried to QC mezz him and his little doggy but couldnt cast .. please say that this was just an untimely fuckup on my part and i can still QC while under rapid fire

qc just lowers chance of being interrupted. if buffed archer is putting arrows at 0.5 sec speed into you, you cannot qc :/

You cannot fire at a rate off 1 arrow per .5 sec. The hard cap for drawtimes is 1.5 sec so with rapid fire the fastest you can do is .75 sec but these draw times are only possible is you go for an insane spec. The more normal times for quickshot fire are between 1 and 1.5 sec per arrow or even slower depending on what bow you use and what buffs you have.

RF got a speed cap of 0.9.

I havent run into QC problems yet either... The Theurgist TL has tested this too... And he has confirmed it DOESNT interrupt QC

No, HARDCAP, means the cap is 1.5, rapidfire or not.
