dvd::rip - A full featured DVD Ripper GUI for Linux, written in Perl

Takes a little effort to setup the cluster part as all machines need access to the same folder, needs same versions of packages and you need to setup passwordless ssh authenthication... And if you want x264 you need to install some extra package also :/

But once thats done it works nicely. So far only encoded one movie, but IT WORKS!!

Well the trick is that the program divides the encoding jobs on all the connected machines so you can do it fast!

In order for that to be successful you would need to have a large cluster, like mine.
