...if the celeric reactive armor tincture effect stack with your regular haste like celerity does?

I am pretty sure it dont, cause as far as I remember its the 20% haste thing, and its the same as the conc-based from druid. I used a volatile celeric proc on my lefthander way back on my inf, that was awesome with 50+ CW, procced often enough to be up in all fights. But since we already have those 20% (or 17% mostly) in hib we dont need those

Its the same, IE both haste..celerity is limited to middie healers and some ToA weapons
