Soulbinder's belt.

Supposedly dropped by Yar and mobs around lake in malmohus. However after reapeated requests I still fail to achieve this item. Common or uncommon, i don't know, but i need it. If i'm not entirely wrong, this one drops by Exec's near lair aswell.

If you have this, please consider contacting me; I will pay a significant price despite the utility of this belt.
