Nope but it's easy!

Get any tradeskill, and you'll get "Siegecraft" button available to you. Pop that on a bar, then click on whatever you want to build, put that on the bar, right click for a list of components, buy them, press build, ouila!

You'll need a smith's hammer, sewing kit and planing tool available from various merchants.
