Does Amanita's ring of underlings exist in other realms but hib?

Or an equivalent, would want it on mid if it exists. It drops in some forest thingie catacombs zone from a level 55 mob, Amanita.
Stats are:
energy: 6%
spirit: 6%
matter: 6%
slash: 6%
thrust: 6%

6% crush

6% thrust
7% body
7% spirit

Theres a similar ring but with 7% resists in Mid, I wont tell where thought as I need to get one for my template before the mob is camped
