ive got a lvl 26 scout but the stupid scout trainer in cam wont give him any of his quests......whats the site/email adress inwhich i should go to??

Which quest are you looking to recieve?

If it's your lv25 Epic, have you done your lv20 and lv15 Epic?

thts what im syaing ive only done my 1st quest but the trainer wont give me my next and i have no pending quests to do.

Not sure about Albion, but I am sure in Midgard there are 2 trainers for each class in the main city. Only one will give epics.

ok at the end of you're last quest nimue said return to me when you have aged ie to level 20/25
