BBC - The planets (about the solar system)
102 minutes that changed america (9/11 attacks "amateur" footage)
Chemistry a volatile history
The Atom
Seven ages of Britain
The nazi's a warning from history
Auschwitz
The power of nightmares

Any horizon one or something from Sir David will do aswell tbh.

Been watching a documentary about the Battle of Waterloo a while ago. Iirc, it was a BBC production, but I`m not 100% sure. Very interesting if you´re remotely interested in military history. There was another one from the same series about battle ships in WW2. Also pretty interesting.
And of yourse, there´s the "look aroud you" series... :)

saw a really good one about te spartans a few months ago presented by that girl from the adam hart davis shows and there's one called sharkwater about how sharks are really doing in the wild and the impacts of the finning industry on them, this was quite shocking though...not light entertainment,
