Do you think people should...

Should people be made to qualify for a child license?

If the parents are considered good enough to raise the baby (despite being told no earlier) then fines/community service or other things that will punish the parents but not the child. If the parents are violent criminals then the child should be taken in to custody and the parents given jail time. Being raised in a foster home is better than having parents like that.

Again it comes down to "who chooses" and "what's the details" then.

Violent criminals? Which violence? Someone who hit someone in a pub? How about innocent people jailed? Are you saying that "do your time" isn't enough anymore? And so forth. Explanation needed.

Now then, as promised;

1: Send every household a pack of condoms via government funding. Take that from, say, absolutely minimal tax increase to this and that that people won't even notice. Would help reduce STDs, lower healthcare costs, lower accidental kids etc. Also free condoms in bars would do a TON of good.

2: Take money off non-community things, like military, and set that to better education to kids(eliminate crime and teen pregnancies). Hell, use a p*ssytroll approach if they don't believe anything else.

3: Bring in better criminal rehabilitation assets. Use the military as a workforce for them, per example. Make it easier for them to return to normal life.

Doing your time in Finland has never been enough. 2 months in jail for child rape is not enough. So no need to worry about that. The rest is details that do not need to be explained.

As for your little contraception plan: Its already more or less being used. Its not effective enough.

3: dont see how that has anything to do with this discussion.

Anyways, ive made my point, you've made yours, i proved your wrong. Unless you have something new to say (instead of going on and on about unimportant details) i'll end this conversation now.

Oh look, a "i'm right and not discussing" post by Gorb, how rare.

Still thinking you can just "end this discussion" like you're the grand ruler hmm?

More or less is not "in action", there's nothing like that.

Number 3 would limit repeat offenders and bring more people back to community as productive members.

And as said MANY times, details are the only thing that NEED to be explained. Otherwise it's just screaming "fix it!" without any contribution, but that's your style i guess.
