Do rangers autotrain recurve bow ?

See topic .... Is autotraining worth it and for how long ?

This is for a duo team (ranger - shade) on gorre when it goes live, so it would gimp me quite alot i think .... but is it worth it ?

Yes rangers autotrain bow.

If its worth it? Up to you, at low lvls it helps to have bow maxed, but if you max melee and autotrain bow i think you will be fine.

Max melee? arghh! Going full recurve/pathfinding with my ranger... just dont feel like tanking again

Anyone out there like this or is it, erm, not gimped, errr.. not good? (btw, i only kill things faster with ilaya (now) and boowen, finding it relaxing.. hehe )

It's been done loads! It does give an additional 36 points to spend on your spec. But basically your looking at Xping to early 40's without any bow spec of note.

This is tough due to our rubbish RF armour and low con and str. If your a Luri then trying this will be tough but as a Celt its tolerable. Just very hard work levelling a melee ranger for the benefit of 36 additional points!
