Disease or Str/con

Which poison would be most efficient in general rvr for a solo player? I realise disease is useful on BD's etc but would it always be best to use that? Tbh im really undecided and wondered what people thought.

If you're sure to land a PA use desease, because Str/con-debuff wont work most of the time in case you land a successfull PA, at least in regards to the con-debuff of that poison.

If you expect someone to get healed while you attack him -> disease

If you don't expect your victim to get healed -> enervating

STR debuff lowers weaponskill -> good for you
+ if your PA fails the con debuff is handy

Disease snares and STR debuffs a bit, too... but not really worth mentioning imo... you use it if you want your target to die even if it gets healed

In bg use disease, in real rvr enervating is usually better.

Disease on people that you think will get healed,otherwise use snare and DoT on PA,then switch to str/con debuff.
