Disarmprocc on Harpys

I´ve had this cloak for a while now (couldnt be arsed camping SoM and i regret it) and i have never gotten the Disarm procc to go off, have anyone else got it to procc.... if so is it just that it doesnt procc very often or me just having bad luck with it....

first you Use(2?) the cloak so you get the effect, that's kinda all xDDDDD

use the cloak like a pot to get the buff up, then go hit stuff. it will proc and its rather nice tbh, with no apparent immunity timer, altho it is resisted a fair bit.

just shame dirt removes the 10min buff, so use it AFTER dirt. EDIT: if ur a merc

i tested it in duel and parlain could still hit me after the proc fired :/

u resisted it then, for some reason u dont get 'spell resisted' msg off it or the gfx over ur head but u know when its not resisted, cos they stand there like a lemon for a few seconds

i've mostly used it pve also but have used it in rvr and it worked as advertised.

the disarm proc aint that hot but the 10% resist pierce debuff on the lvl10 might be welcome for the casters in the grp ^^

its a decent util cloak for ppl who are trying to get well rounded resists, yes SoM proc is very nice and everything (in fact nerf) but it has the util of a used tea-bag.

If you lack util in your template, the best way to work around is not to use a shit cloak with 10 more util for 5% melee haste. There's plenty of items out there with 2% that you can combine to make up for the pathetic piece of shit that is the harpy poobag.

not many other items around with a aoe 10% resist pierce charge either, tbh

melee resists = shit util, so many other items you can get it on and cause of it you may have to dump copper necklace and take a lower util one.
