Here is a little trick i found out a couple of minuites ago (inspiration from a post in the Favourite moments thread).

Go into the nme base and blow the gens with a chaingun/plasma. place cameras in the generator room (you have to choose them instead of the grenades). Place mines at entrances. Fineally drop the satual charge near the gens.
Then hide off in the hills behind the nme base.
Bring up the CC and select one of your cameras from the list on the left, double click the green icon on the left to brin up a full screen veiw from that camera and watch in glory as an nmy gets splatterd by your mines trying to repair gens. Then they will come back, thinking they are safe, wait till they have finished repairing all the gens in that room then press escape to get into the game again and press activate pack button again. Watch in glory as you kill the gens and the people repairing the gens.

Think of it, you get 2 points for destroying a generator, 1 point for killing someone. Some rooms have 2 generators, so 4 points the first time, 1 point for maybe killing someone who comes to repair with mines, then another 4 points when you blow the sactual and a point or 2 for killing the peeps trying to repair the gens. That is 10 or 11 points just like that

It does work because i've just been rapeing a base using it. I only had 1 failed attempt out of 3. It helped though, the 2 times i did manage it the gens were out for about 4-5 mins each,and my team capped 5 times during that time.
