No. You can wear it like any normal necklace, but you won't get the special effect associated with the full suit of TG armor.

you need to wear a full TG suit to equipt it,
but after you put it on you can remove the TG Suit again.

There are different bonuses depending on what queen neckie you wear, there are about 3 or 4 different ones as far as I know. I know for shaman, one of the bonuses for wearing the full set plus one of the neckies are unlimited charges of pom 3. Other bonuses are unlimited charges of end regen 2 (?) and unlimited charges of str/con or dex/qui.

One has 150 abla charges, one has endurance regen, one has power regen and then there is str/con buff... I think that's all of them.

Those should be the know neckys from all realms - as they look alike in all realms.

Only useable with a fullset of epic dungeon armour ofcause. And yes its got worse stats then your spellcrafted set. Lets hope 1.64 had come nice inprovments to the sets.

Except for the +Melee and +Magic changes, I wouldn't hold your breath.

Mythic needs to sell Trials of Atlantis and will be gearing up to that. All the coolest, nicest things will be in ToA.

Seen some screenshots of new armor that makes your epic look like handmedowns.
