The amount of fan made stuff for this game is totally insane - and most of it can be added to the game ala Morrowind plug-ins, so you have one huge player created world.

And hey, lets be honest. It's free, so who cares about PCZ's review? (PCZ are known liars, morons and idiots too, but we won't talk about that)
