Hi!
I work in a nightclub and have been tasked with finding a camera that can take decent pictures in low-light conditions.
I had a Casio EX-Z40 but do get decent colours in the picture I had to use the "candlelight portrait" preset and you have to hold the camera *stupidly* still to avoid blurry output. This is immensely difficult in a room full of dancing people. Any other modes I tried produced wishy-washy, dull colours.
I bought myself a Sony Cybershot T7 this morning and I'm mad pleased with it so far. I haven't tried it in the club yet (not open til tomorrow night) but I'm hoping the pictures will be decent.
The T7 is for me anyway (if it works well it's a bonus), so we need another camera paid for by work for use by work...
So, it has to be:
- good in low-light conditions,
- produce vibrant colours,
- good without being held very very still (is this a prerequisite of having good colours?),
- less than £300 (a little bit over wouldn't hurt),
- at least 4mp.
Any ideas?
