much better (me and teh are RL m8's) my friar vs his friar mine killed his in 7 out of the 10 dual we have had and id say we both have the same dueling skill's

but ill say to you what i said to him
1 needs more quick
2 more parry would be better
3 176 hits way to low for my liking (not for soloing anyway)
4 only 17% cold resists too low for my liking
5 could get a lot more out of the SC most piece are 100 and onluy using 36.0 one is using 31.5 so loads of room to improve the SC
6 would rather have EP than KL (necklace)

that should give you a clue as to something for a start this one dont bet the other one,
all in all could be changed to be much better

Why put str in? Staff dmg is Dex.
+ no point in having 26 dex cap without 101 dex.
