We've done it in this way because we felt clans who are genuinely committed to the league are going to be people reading the league forums, rtcw forums / viewing the league web site / rtcw.co.uk web site and be around in the community, who'll know of this request. Those who are not committed are likely to be clans who aren't particularly organised and unlikely to be aware of the web site's news / forums etc.
Clans who don't commit themselves to the league will have their place offered to a pending clan.
Please note, fixtures for Week 2 are subject to change because of these actions and clans are asked to check back on Saturday morning. In general match times will not change, only opposition. Clan's will be emailed in their match time has changed.
