Did you know that..

SHIFT + (Left Click) on an item in chat will allow anyone in chat to read the item stats ( this does not work in general channels e.g. /1 /3 )

How do you put an item in the chat channel for others to view?

Of course it works in chat channels, that's how you advertise the goods you are selling.....

Maybe someone can give me a handy hint on how to stop the NPC's names turning into HP bars and staying as their name and profession? Keeps happening to me and I can't figure out why!

I think it's Z or V key or something. I did it by accident, and just mashed some keys till it went away again.

He's right, it can only be used in /say, /yell and /trade as far as i've seen. Doesn't work in /general or /localdefense

(I know some of those / commands aren't completely right, was just using the names for posterity )

If I remember right, by default no names are displayed unless you select someone/something. In the option menu you can activate display names or somthing like that (not the lvl/name/hp bar) but only names (and in cities the function of an npc). I found this very usefull you can find NPC's more easily. In PvP you can easily see who is hostile/pvp flagged/pvp unflagged.

Maybe they changed the default setting for it in the meanwhile, don't know.

To scroll through your last says/commands hit alt+cursor up!

Ask a guard! They will even put a nice pin in the map for you to show you where they are.
