I have had 1 problem and that was the one today which lasted .. all of 20 mins.

Support is excellent and so is speed.

Zen are a load of pish at the moment. If its not their feeds its the newsserver, not the newsserver its the pings, blah blah. And guess what, no tech support for us.
Big fat phone call tomorrow, my contracts up, Nilly time, sick of this now.

Oh look, my pings have been poor all evening, crank up some news server action - its bloody down. AGAIN.

They really are USELESS.
