Did Anybody who emailed Mythic get a response?

I noticed that an open letter to Mythic was emailed by various people in the old official forums and was just wondering if any of the people who did email Mythic about the forums closing actually got a response..

since the close of the official forums im guessing they are getting hammered by complaints.
they cant/wont reply to them all

I'd lost my subscription password (need it for renewing payments etc) so I contacted them with getright. Took them 6/7 days to get back to me but they did

I haven't been overly impressed by them but I think things will get better on the support side, the servers seem really stable now (baring the DOS attack) and I Think they're probably busy trying to figure out how to get the next patch down to us (think it's a big download)

every time ive needed help, they have replyed within one working day
so all in all, im happy with their customer support
but about the running and informing of the community....hmm
could do with a bit of work
