Day 1 - Breakfast
Woke up.
Had 150mls of warm water and a dash of lemon juice to supposedly get the digestive juices a flowin.
20 mins later poured a glass of Apple, Carrot & Beetroot juice. Took a couple of sips......poured it down the drain. Got out the Apple and Strawberry juice. Returned the fruit juice container to the fridge and glared at the vegetable juice bottle.
Made porridge using Soy milk and water and added dried fruits and nuts to the mixture. It tastes pretty good actually and I'm pleasantly surprised.
After breakfast, took the 1st tablet of the 15 Day Body Detoxification Program. The dreaded Bowel Cleanser Tablet.
Waits.
