I think I read 8g somewhere, salvage value drops from around 16.5g to 14.5g

I think he means less as salvaging seal items gets nerfed.

The return on diamond seal BP`s is about 20.3g after patch you will lose 128g per BP.

Value per seal after salvagin and trinketing goes from 20.7 to 15 gold. So a reasonable price to sell seals for is about 8 gold I'd say.
