DF seals, which to buy for salvage

Leather items or metal? I know with metal you can hinge them for more money, but what about leather - do you get more money for selling the leather you salvage or is it better sticking with the metal?

Ok never really compared it, metal stuff have several benifits over leather and cloth salvaging.
The biggest difference is you need another kind og material to trinket the leather or cloth, which in most cases you will need to buy.
So even if leather did salvage for the same amount of material( by amount i mean money) you would still lessen the profit because you have to buy some other material.

Now wood doesnt have this problem and i have noticed stáffs salvaging for a fair amount of wood, have compared seal prices though.

So in conclusion to be safe buy metal stuff.

If you mean diamonds buy longswords. Those have the highest salvage value afaik.

i think brest plates got VERY VERY littel more but Longsword could be the best / salvage timer
