Anyone else got this yet? Even tho it has`nt been released as yet in the UK, I "acquired" a copy a couple of weeks ago and its worth the wait, in my opinion anyway (if thats anything to go by LOL). Makes DF2 look like LUDO

I have DF1/2 and they are both great. DFLW looks awsome and i can't wait to get it on the 2 of feb. I will sure miss the Long grass of DF2 but i wont miss the framerates dropping to about 1 every second when you move into a hut (about the largest building in DF1/2)

I have played the demo and i can't wait to finally try some other missions but DF multiplayer is the best thing about it, especially Flagball that is one of the most intense multiplayer expirieces i have every had (one flag in the middle, 2 teams, Like CTF but with only 1 flag).

Only 4 weeks now and i will be able to go down my "local" and get me a copy.

From a gamer point of view the single player campain gets a tad repetitive if you sit there and try to complete it in one day.

The best bit about the game is the multiplayer. It's amazing to see a small black dot miles away, and zoom in with your weapon to see it's a player who you then blow away, that is if he has not spotted you first .

Multiplayer maps are damn good fun and the number of weapons + combinations of items means you'll spend a lot of time trying them all. I thought I found my idea weapon until I ran out of ammo and picked up a new weapon which I started to like :}

Yer i love the whole zeroing in thing with the sniper rifles (i assume it is in DF:LW it was in DF2) that makes snipeing from 1000 meters away real cool. Although the bullet drops down about 2 or 3 meters over 1000 meters, you use the zero buttons and drop the crosshairs in increasements of 100 meters. It is so much fun picking off people from that distance when they don't know where you are .
