Desperately seeking a Weaponsmith

Capable of mkaing a Fine Alloy DOuble Bladed Axe. I tried most of the day yesterday and could only find Hellskor and unfortunately he is only making higher level weapons at the moment. In the past I have also bought from Ardrias but wasnt able to see him online either.

So are there any other Weaponsmiths in Midgard who could make this for me.
