Just had my first filling. All numbed-up. The left side of my tongue feels like a bunch of mice have been dancing on it all day. I can't feel my bottom lip - it feels like it belongs to someone else.

I gotta say the whole dentist experience was fine. Lots of people hate the sound of the drill, but I didn't mind it. I just kept thinking about drilling into Ken Livingstone's head with a Black & Decker.

i have, the worse bit was the fucking acid like death decaying taste of some liquid shit he put down there...

i dont particularly like the dentist as i have a phobia of needles so usually go without the numbing as doesnt bother me, only problem is my teeth are quite sensitive so that drill the cold water spray is pretty horrible

worst dentist trip had to be in september, i got an infection in my cheek, and they had to scalpel a hole in my cheek and squeeze all the puss out and i tell you, the hoover wasnt getting 100% and the taste of puss is fucking rancid

i had a gold crown put on then it fell off the other year and all he filling shit came out so left with a hole, but finally got it sorted so is a normal tooth now

Hm well when i was two i remember being in my garden and got stung by a bee in the throat and then was rushed to hospital as it landed in a vein so probably that, if i hear a buzz i shit myself at twenty years old pathetic i know, and even if i know its a fly soon as i cant see it and hear a buzz again i shit myself, and if i see a bee or wasp i will run like the wind guess it derives from there... doubt it will ever go

Even vaccine boosters im either shaking like im having a fit on the verge crying from fear or im just out cold

I have no problem with the pain. I'm perfectly adept at handling pain. No, the problem for me is the sound. Having quite severe tinnitus, the sound of the drill is pure torture.

I had major dentistry work done when i was 17 and ever since then I have had a phobia. Even know, i have a massive hole in my tooth, that I keep getting an absess in. The options are tooth out, or root canal so im bricking it.

I dont have a problem with dentists, mines really nice...well as nice as you can be for seeing me twice a year for the grand total of 2 minutes a time and charging me £15 a pop Oo thats the thing that hurts most about going is being charged a fortune for eing told that everything is dandy!


Oh mikah, that sounded horrible being stung in the throat bleh! imo thats a genuine bona fide excuse to have a thing about bees and wasps tbh.

there was a lad on my college course who was scared of anything that flew, we were working together and this bug started coming at him and i could see he was about to go off on one so i caught it and liberated it out the window. I dont think its all that funny watching someone make a tit out of themselves (doing the old two armed squeeling helicopter thing) when they cant help it.


I mean obviously its healthier to overcome these things but i mean its your thing so its up to you what you do with it....that wasnt a sexual reference btw

the suicidal thingy is something to do with i believe...vets, doctors and dentists because they can actually get unlimited (or they used to) credit so most of them run up heuge debts and then kill em selves.

Hah, I had a spiral fracture in the root canal, and was seeing a specialist in london. Apparently I am now recorded in some medical journal as it was the first time they had ever seen it. Was caused when pushed of a bouncy castle in a sports centre and smashed my 2 front teeth out. Now due to damage my front 4 teeth on the top are all crowned I hate the dentist as they will cost me a bomb

But I detest going to the dentist because I had many lifetime worth as is. I had to go every couple of months for many years, spending up to 6hrs a time in the dentist chair... I got so used to the drilling etc I even fell asleep once while they working on me

I remember when I last had to visit the dentist, had a nice shot of some really decent pain killers, and before I knew it I was feeling better than I had done in years. Hell, if he wasn't busy prodding my gums and drilling teeth, I'd have gone out and taken on the whole damn world. Naked. Without clothes. In the nude. Bear arse'd. Stripped to the nines. In the buff.

I then got up and went home, had a beer (not the best idea I'll admit) and blacked out. Apparently, I spent at least an hour, naked, trying to open a door to get out. Its a shame it was the wardrobe door, but at least I was willing.

And naked.
