Dent Icons

I've seen a number of people using these now and I was wondering if anyone knew where to get them?

in particular:

My computer
recycle bin
folder icon
dial-up
Internet Explorer
Kazaa
Winamp
MSN messenger
network neighbourhood
Norton Anti-virus 2002

(I did google it but it came up with alot of WinXP stuff)

using Win 98 SE here

Yes, they are a little odd. Strange if you will.

It only looks decent if you can get all your icons "dented". Otherwise, with only a few done, it looks pants. I had a couple of mine dented, but they've since been removed.

1. How to change the system icons, for example recycle bin and my documents.?
2. How to change the bacground colour of the text under icons, and how to use no text?

To my knowledge Windows XP icons do work on older OSs but just don't render alpha-blending properly.
