Does anyone know who drops this in The Otherworld?

Hi,

found a hint in an Italian forum. Ran it through a free online translator and it seems that Aogan drops it.

Maybe someone who knowns Italian can translate it properly ?!

If it drops from Lord Bile then thats the guy in the top large room of the maze of tribulation map, just around corner from Grokdal. Bile pops right after you kill another named boss and his cronies.. not an easy fight from what I hear.
