Demo Converter - 1.17 to 1.27

[iQ]Strider's released a BETA Quake3 1.17 demo to Quake3 1.27 demo converter. Using the utility we've converted the original demo001 and demo002 for benchmark comparisons between 1.17 | 1.27 and added them to the UC Quake3 & TeamArena Guide for download from the Framerate and Visual Tweaks and Pack files, Utilities, Documentation and Maps sections.
