Instead of faffing a bout with the Config for the Full Game when i get it, can you just put the Demo Config into the Full games directory?

No fuckin way that'll never work. You've got more chance of teaching a goldfish to sing Gilbert and Sullivan then getting that bollocks working.
I suggest you give up and do something useful like cleaning Summo's car.

I can tell you for a fact that this will just crash your game - make sure you install to a completely new directory from the demo as well otherwise this causes problems!

I copied my config from demo across, know a few other peeps that did the same, and other than having to restart the game after selecting it, it was fine.
Go into the game first, select the default profile, then quit. Now copy from the demo folder. Go into the game and select your old profile. The game will tell you to restart. Restart. Play
