Degrade house?

Is there any way to degrade your house from a 10p one to a 1p one again?

reason; i cba to use 200g every week just to keep my silly house, especially when i got a income on 0g\week:s

Afaik just buy a 1p deed and stuff it on ur house...remember to remove stuff first.

nerf, so no refound then? dont you get your old house back in inventory if you do that?

think that happened to me when i uppgraded it.. :S

Think you only get refund when upgrading house......

you only get refund of old house when upgrading, i made the mistake once of downgrading for when i was gonna take abreak, and lost 10 plat effectively ;/

if having trouble paying for rent with gold, why not use bounty points?

Nice to know it works, always thought it was broken so never tried it, coulda saved myself several plat by now
