defending the realm & keeping a keep

we've been having problems with looking after our keeps for various reasons

one thing ive noticed in all the retakes is that a lot of guilds are low on bps because they have maintened keeps to lvl 10 for months , are too busy with toa for rvr and cant keep a keep to lvl 10 so are relucant to claim.

can people remove the macros from their toolbars that say /as lol who the fuck is that guild & /as ffs nged is at lvl 1 ?

just claim the keep, even at lvl 1 it gives us hibs details of numbers and we can panic or let it drop as need be ok ? if someother guild wants to get it and maintain it at lvl 10 because they can then im sure we can all work together on who owns what.

upgrade doors to lvl 10 if you can ofc

U cant leave the keeps near our relics at level 1 no matter how few bp ur guild have IMO ....

Its not ppl that are playing ToA that arent helping, its these very small guilds that keep claiming guilds, that arent in the main alliance.

Respect to the guilds for claiming and fielding a FG to claim, but at the end of the day when 200+ mids/albs make it to scath unspotted and the guild that claimed scath have none online then tbh were fooked.

Anyway I seriously dont think Mids would be stupid enough to take the Pow relics, as it would make it insanly easy to get Str relics.
And if Albs took em, well snowdonia is easy to attack

With all the convokers runnin around there shouldnt be any problem keepin all keepdoors lvl9 or 10 imo

Well even the main RvR guilds cba to help atm coz they r so busy with TOA, so its not really a problem with the small guilds. Like today, Scathaig was under attack, several poeple reported it on /as alot, with constant updates on doors going down etc. People like Saadyst, Niobe and a few other were saying to people to sort out defence but they cba themselves. There were a few other poeple saying some bits, but not as much as likes of Saadyst and co, so hence these are the names I remember.

So maybe rather than whinging about it on /as they shoud get off their asses and go and help, and not moan like 5 year olds when the keep is lost even though they didnt help defend. Its very easy to moan, but helping is a different matter, especially when it come to the precious MLs and lvling artifacts.

I was on at the time and didnt help either, but I dont really give a crap about the relics coz I rarely play nowdays anyways, and when I do play I wanna just have a bit of fun and laughter.

plz plz explain to me how letting mids take power relics will make it easier to take str relics.. that one has COMPLETELY bypassed me Xan.

last 2 days of mid/alb keep takes in hib frontier.. HoF have put out at LEAST 1fg to defend.. we've thrown all our plans for ml's (and even a guild meeting) out the window, so that when others actually get to ml10 and back into rvr, there is still something left in Hibernia to defend.

other peeps have done the same.. but i for one am SICK of the attitude of people whining on about how they on ml raids so forget about relics, coz THEIR ml's are somehow more important.

defend realm >> ml's.. u can still get them if u are prepared to co-operate.

.. oh and Titten.. fuck off retard. what u dont know about defending realm could fill a warehouse. dont DARE give me shitty pm's about non-toa stuff on /as. you and people like you will be the first to whine when you dont get enough peeps to do RR's in future.. because we have taken time out now to defend hib instead of ToA ml's.

a). Mids now have two keeps to defend, much harder to defend 2 keeps, so they would have to be very carefull not to lose str relics while defending power etc.

b). More relics = less relic guards, So yep Xans right, just taking power relics makes their str relic keep weaker.

Yes and people like Saadyst have never helped the realm or sorted a defence?

The realm does consist of more people than just 1 or 2 guilds, and Saadyst doesn't have to hold people's hands to get a realm defence going.

Fat chance Saadyst was doing something that takes a while to plan, and at that time the albs were not even near a threat to our relics, his /as message was probably aimed at the people being bored with nothing to do.

If the number was 140 albs, then people would come..

Aye, you are right there. I didnt mean to imply that it is upto just certain guilds to organise defence, but wanted to point out that people shouldn't moan about how noone cba to defend when they cba to go defend keeps themselves, and then go moan even more when keeps are lost.

Me, Niobe, and a few other vengeance had mustered two groups to go and try and defend Scathaig, we were THERE fighting the midduls, but we arrived too late and I called for help, we needed faultfinders.
