There hasn't been a plan to get them back for ages.
Mid Distance = 1,81 zones.
Hib Distance = 2,2 zones.
Alb Distance = 3,4 zones.

They should multiply the HP of the Power relicdoors with x1,22 for hib and x1,88 for alb.

Short answer no, its crap! I respeced out to get MOC due to low dmg, but realised that MOC is useless if you didnt intend doing roving rvr and were void.

Ground targeted, so no line of sight required, set like GTAOE.

for 30 secs, every 3 secs (so 10 pulses) it does almost exactly the same as a gtaoe (150ish damage tickle on live opponent), sometimes it double hits.

Its not gonna kill people in rvr of itself, but lay it down and then pump GTAOE's at the same area (hopefully with another void eld or two) and you have an area thats really beginning to sting to be in.

Besides just blowing it defending the gate, its nice to drop at the bottom of the tower before peeps try and charge up.

Other uses for it :-

Escape tool, drop it at your feet and run. Chacing people will get AOE'd and probably stop and work out where its comming from... saved a fleeing party once or twice like this.

It hits with the same no resists way as GTAOE, so is excellent for fighting boss mobs.

Its teh fun for farming. Go find a squillion mobs, AOE left, AOE right, mailstrom at feet and hope your armour can survive the onslaught long enough for the mailstrom to kill the adds.

Next patch the dmg is lowered slightly but a debuff cold component is added. Like the idea of this, once a mailstrom has been setoff outside a keep defence, then void AOE ontop will be juicy.
