Default time on barrys servers

Admins can we have the servers set to 30 mins default.

It gets very tiresome to have to vote for an hr or more to sort this on servers with newbs present.

From what I can remember it's not possible to lock it

I thought the latest BWadmin had the ability to set servers so that they reset to default time limit after each map?

Its been set in the past so there must be some way to set it now.
