Decent TA

After thinkin about fast internet, I thought I'd get ISDN, because, well I can't get ADSL / Cable "YET" but thinkin about it, by the time I will be able to get it proborly be laggy etc with the "sharing of bandwith" because of the amount of people using it...

So what decent TA's are out there etc?

Also what ISDN "providers" are there other than BT (i.e. instulation costs and most important monthly fee's)
