So i was just thinking, is there any advantage in drinking Decaf coffee? Is it less bad for you than normal coffee?

Its just coloured, flavoured water. No caffine = no point.

Real men drink tea anyway. ;)

That is illegal outside the US though. I'm sure that much caffine can't be good for you.

pro plus and coffee are shit though, they give you a very quick short buzz. Only advantage of coffee is that it tastes good, Red Bull is what you need if you really are feeling tired.

Caffeine can upset your blood sugar balance, and its a stimulant.

If you like the taste of coffee, drink decaf before bedtime.

I've yet to find a really nice tasting decaf yet though.

Oh, and 'coffee nation' coffee machines in petrol stations on the motorway are the best thing ever!

I too have yet to find a decent decaf that actually tastes of something. I'll forsake my quad-espresso for nothing less than angel-wee though :/

Sorry but for pure energy Irn Bru knocks the spots off everything. One 500ml bottle of Barr's finest will keep me going long after my body is crying out for more Red Bull.

Pity Irn Bru is almost impossible to get now, as it is very very nice stuff. Only place I have seen it recently is in supermarkets :(

I can buy it in every shop I go into, and in my work vending machine.

I guess Yorkshire doesn't have the same Bru fixation as Edinburgh. ;)

Should still be able to get it in your friendly local Shell garage.

Irn Bru just ain't what it used to be round here - it tastes... strange. I used to love the stuff tbh.
